Support during enforcement actions: While the law enforcement agencies are equipped to take action, they need guidance on
collection of evidence as each target operates differently. The search operation requires targeted search and analysis to have an effective seizure which corroborates with what has been alleged and also minimizes the seizure which helps the law enforcement to fast
track their investigation. Specialized target specific training is required which makes the action effective and impactful.

Expert Witness: Many times, after the enforcement action, the law enforcement agencies request the complainant or expert witnesses to join the investigation for analysis or clarification, to record the statements of the witnesses, to appear as witness in the courts for corroborating the findings. The outside counsels, with the permission of the court, support the law enforcement/public prosecutors during bail hearings and trial. This requires the outside counsels to learn the facts of the case including technical aspects which they learn from the expert witnesses or the analyst/investigator who well aware of the facts of the target of investigation/enforcement/accused.
